I'm Jeanette Fabros Knudsen, founder of Fabros Agency and Fabros Academy. I grew up between Danish and Filipino cultures, and learned early that what feels obvious to one person can look completely different to someone else.
Today, I help leaders turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into action.

I work alongside CEOs and executive teams when strategic decisions have to land in the organisation. Together, we turn them into understanding, trust and action.
Fabros Academy, an executive programme for experienced leaders.
A practical online programme for leaders who've become the person everything comes back to. It helps them think clearly, communicate clearly and get people moving, without everything depending on them.
Advisory helps you see what is getting in the way. The Academy builds the capability to handle it yourself.
I became very good at carrying a lot.
For a long time, being capable was one of my greatest strengths. Give me something complicated and I would figure it out. Put me in a difficult situation and I would find a way forward.
Somewhere along the way, I became very good at carrying a lot. Too good, actually.
At one point, I came close to burnout. It forced me to question something I had believed for years: that handling more meant I was becoming a better leader.
Being able to carry more isn't the same as leading better.
As your responsibility grows, your job changes. You can't be the person with every answer, in every meeting, solving every problem. Leadership becomes less about how much you can personally carry, and more about creating the clarity that allows other people to move.
I'd seen versions of this throughout my career. For more than 14 years, I've worked between the people making strategic decisions and the people expected to turn those decisions into action, in large, complex organisations and with communication reaching more than 40,000 people. I've seen strong strategies lose momentum because people didn't understand them, and capable leaders become bottlenecks because everyone depended on them. I've also seen what happens when people are clear about what matters, what has been decided and what happens next.
That's why I built Fabros.
